How to reach us - Termini Train Station

From Roma Termini rail station (Consider about 10 minutes walking in Termini train station to get to metro, 25 minutes on the metro and 10 minutes on foot - total is around 45 minutes)

Take metro line A towards Battistini. Exit after 7 stops at Cipro station. Take the Via Cipro exit out of the station, and go straight down Via Cipro. You should cross over Via Bragadin, Via Millelire, and then you will get to Viale degli Ammiragli. Make a RIGHT onto Viale degli Ammiragli (so you will need to cross over Via Cipro at the traffic light.) The B&B is at #67 on your left, the entrance is behind the Conbipel shop. Ring the bell under Scala B, int. 11 that says " Gioia Romana" and you will be let in. Go to staircase B and take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

N.B. Getting to the B&B from Roma Termini train station is quite simple and fast. Arriving from the airports is fairly simple but for those of you arriving with low cost companies late at night consider that Rome metro lines run until 9pm during this time of the year for maintenance works on the lines so you will be facing some problems arriving. Getting into Rome from Fiumicino airport costs 30 euros for 2 people, you may want to consider taking a taxi for around 45 euros or  hiring our private transfer service for 45 euro (2 people) that will take you from 20-40 minutes door to door. If you are more than 2 people usually the private transfer or even a taxi will be more or less the same price as taking the Leonardo Express but you will be arriving door to door in less than half the time you would take on public transport.

How to reach us - Fiumicino Airport

From Roma Fiumicino airport (Consider 30 minutes on train, then 10 minutes to get to metro in Termini train station, 25 minutes on metro and other 10 minutes on foot - total about 2 hours 30 minutes from when you land):

1. Follow signs to trains (ai treni). Buy a ticket at the platform (tickets now cost 14 euros per person)
2. Board the train heading toward Termini station and get off at last stop (Termini).
3. Once you get off the train, follow the signs downstairs to the subway (Metro).
4. Take metro line A in the direction of Battistini (tickets cost 1 euro and should be bought at a newstand or Tabbacchi).
5. Exit after 7 stops at Cipro/Musei Vaticani.
6. Take the Via Cipro exit out of the station, and go straight down Via Cipro.
7. You should cross over Via Bragadin, Via Millelire, and then you will get to Viale degli Ammiragli.
8. The B&B is at #67 on your left, the entrance is behind the Conbipel shop. Ring the bell under Scala B, int. 11 that says " Gioia Romana" and you will be let in. Go to staircase B and take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

How to reach us - Ciampino Airport

From Roma Ciampino airport (Consider 40 minutes on bus, then 10 minutes to get to metro in Termini train station, 25 minutes on metro and other 10 minutes on foot - total about 2 hours from when you land):

There is a bus from Ciampino airport to metro line A Anagnina stop. Take metro line A in the direction of Battistini. Exit after 23 stops at Cipro. Take the Via Cipro exit out of the station, and go straight down Via Cipro. You should cross over Via Bragadin, Via Millelire, and then you will get to Viale degli Ammiragli. Make a RIGHT onto Viale degli Ammiragli (so you will need to cross over Via Cipro at the traffic light.) The B&B is at #67 on your left, the entrance is behind the Conbipel shop. Ring the bell under Scala B, int. 27 that says " BB Roma Vaticano" and you will be let in. Go to staircase B and take the elevator to the 7th floor.

There is the Terravision bus from Ciampino airport that will take you straight into Temrini train station. Take metro line A in the direction of Battistini. Exit after 7 stops at Cipro station. Take the Via Cipro exit out of the station, and go straight down Via Cipro. You should cross over Via Bragadin, Via Millelire, and then you will get to Viale degli Ammiragli. Make a RIGHT onto Viale degli Ammiragli (so you will need to cross over Via Cipro at the traffic light.) The B&B is at #67 on your left, the entrance is behind the Conbipel shop. In the area

Bed & Breakfast Gioia Romana is just near the entrance to the Vatican Museums and a short walk from St. Peter's Basilica; from the Vatican, you can walk to the rest of the historic center. It's only a 3-minute walk to the metro stop (Cipro/Musei Vaticani on the red line) and only a 3-minute walk to the city train stop (FM3 Valle Aurelia). There are several bus stops nearby (operating at night as well) which makes it easy to get around the city.
